At a professional level, whether in hotels, clinics, industrial laundries or professional laundry services, washing and protecting textiles requires specialised processes and the use of products designed for each specific need.

In this context, professional washing stands out for its combination of standardised processes and specialised products. Detergents are formulated to clean thoroughly without damaging fibres, even on delicate fabrics such as fine cotton or synthetic blends. Added to this are bleaches and disinfectants, which remove stubborn stains and microorganisms, and fabric softeners, which not only add freshness but also reduce friction between fibres, making ironing easier and preventing premature wear.

The biggest event for the HORECA field.

That’s how we live HIP 2025, held from 10 to 12 March at IFEMA Madrid, which broke attendance records with more than 50,000 industry professionals. This growth reflects the growing interest in the innovations and trends presented during the congress, consolidating HIP as a key event for the hospitality industry.

With more than 800 exhibiting companies and 700 speakers in 10 auditoriums, the event offered a wide variety of content. The expansion of the exhibition area and its organisation into eleven innovation areas facilitated a more personalised experience for attendees.

The success of this edition was due to the diversity of activities, the quality of the topics addressed and the relevance of the event in the sector. In this way, HIP has established itself as the essential meeting point for the future hospitality industry.

One of the key issues in environments such as commercial kitchens is the regulations of cardboard use. According to health regulations, cardboard should not be stored in food handling areas as it can be a contamination source. Its porous structure facilitates the accumulation of dust, grease and moisture, as well as harbouring micro-organisms that compromise food safety.

To address this need, we have optimised our design, allowing easy bag removal. In this way, the cardboard can be immediately disposed of in the recycling chain without compromising the hygiene and safety of the environment.

Once the bag is removed, it can be placed in the new PGS^® Systems supports, designed to ensure safe and efficient handling. These holders allow a specific label to be attached, preventing the loss of key hazard information and ensuring compliance with safety and handling regulations.
