The evolution of sustainable success
One of the key issues in environments such as commercial kitchens is the regulations of cardboard use. According to health regulations, cardboard should not be stored in food handling areas as it can be a contamination source. Its porous structure facilitates the accumulation of dust, grease and moisture, as well as harbouring micro-organisms that compromise food safety.
To address this need, we have optimised our design, allowing easy bag removal. In this way, the cardboard can be immediately disposed of in the recycling chain without compromising the hygiene and safety of the environment.
